WHERE DOES THE

Pinsa Romana come from?

According to a Roman myth, the Pinsa Romana was used as an offering to the gods as early as the 1st century AD. Only such a wholesome pleasure can make the gods happy. The ancient recipe is now being taken up again and perfected. Not only in Rome and all of Italy, the pinsa Romana is back on the tables of countless Italian restaurants.

She is finally coming to Vill Medici too!

THE REVOLUTIONARY

Roman Recipe

The Pinsa Romana flour mixture consists of innovative ingredients that are also rooted in the ancient Roman tradition. It is made from a special mixture of four GMO-free flours: Wheat flour, soy flour, rice flour and sourdough.

This artisanal flour mixture changes the culinary landscape for Chefs, restuarants owners and gourmets from Italy to Carvoeiro – Algarve.
